BFIT Lifestyle Modification Series: Hypertension

Join Ashley Hodgetts, Certified Health Coach; RN and Kim Jacobs, Certified Personal Trainer; BS in Clinical Dietetics for an 8 week course focusing on consistent moderate exercise, healthy nutrition and supportive time management ideas and atmosphere.


Monday evening 5:30-6:30 pm; October 7-November 25, 2019

This course includes a weekly group meeting, a personal training session and an 8-week membership to BFIT.
Fee: $79/nonmember; $39/member of BFIT.
