Campy belongs to Rich Warren a longtime member, microbiome guru, and BFIT business mentor who also enjoys participating in Kim’s Strength & Stability Zoom sessions. You can catch Campy, Rich, and Kim’s class every Tuesday and Thursday at 8:30 AM.

We have created this basic strength and balance training class via zoom so that if you don't want to leave home but you want to connect with your gym buddies and stay strong and stable, we've got you covered! Sign up at zoom.com and join us! Use the following information to join the class:

Equipment needed for class: weights: one set of heavier and one set of lighter dumbbells; a long tube with handles at the ends (or equivalent) and circle exerring band; a pillow, towel or ball to go between your knees. If you need help accessing the equipment, please ask Kim; kim@bfitvt.com
